We are #hiring a Senior Associate (post-MBA level, but MBA degree not necessarily required) for the Valor Capital Group Fintech Investment Team. We are ideally looking for someone with experience in the sector, either in the Investing side (preferably) or in the Product side, but with flexibility for alternative backgrounds (Management Consulting, Investment Banking, etc.).

We truly (!) value very strong intrinsic analytical skills, ability to work with diverse teams on solving highly complex issues, and a deep passion about the future of Financial Services.

The new hire will work on the Investment team, but with a lot of exposure to our Founders, who are building the future of Capital Markets, Financial Infrastructure, Vertical B2B Lending, Crypto, Payments, Embedded Lending, Credit as a Service, SMB Banking, and many other verticals.

The position is based out of São Paulo, but also covering the United States and rest of Latin America.
